適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must capture CO2 from atmosphere or point sources (fossil fuel combustion, industrial processes, oil/gas production, biomass) and store it permanently in geological complexes (saline aquifers, depleted hydrocarbon reservoirs, or mineralization sites). Captured CO2 stream must achieve ≥95% purity. Not applicable for carbon capture and utilization (CCU), enhanced weathering, biochar, or ocean alkalinity enhancement projects, nor those diverting CO2 from other uses or extracting CO2 from geological formations.
