適用条件（eligibility）
Applies to ARR activities that establish, increase, or restore vegetative cover through direct planting, seeding, or assisted natural regeneration. Area-based approach cannot occur on lands managed for wood products in prior 10 years. Census-based approach limited to direct planting at ≤50 planting units/hectare on non-forest land or agricultural areas, with pre-project land use maintained. Both approaches require establishment of t=0 baseline carbon stocks and non-overlap of spatial boundaries when combined.
