適用条件（eligibility）
Project area must qualify as forests remaining as forests with an intervention expected to achieve improved net carbon outcomes. Project must be located in a jurisdiction with approved data sources and matching procedures (appendix required). Not applicable where timber harvest is restricted by pre-existing legal encumbrance, where hydrology/soil disturbance exceeds 10% of project area, where lying dead wood reduction exceeds 5% of net emission reductions, or to Wetland Restoration and Conservation (WRC) activities (explicit v1.2 exclusion).
