適用条件（eligibility）
Projects implement one or more improved ALM practices (fertilizer management, water/irrigation management, reduced tillage, improved crop/grazing practices) on cropland or grassland. Quantitative adjustments must exceed 5% of pre-existing values. Additionality is demonstrated via regulatory surplus, barrier analysis, and showing the practice is not common (≤20% adoption in the region). Project activities cannot cause sustained productivity reduction >5% or occur on recently cleared native ecosystems, wetlands, or where biochar is applied.
