VCS Methodology VM0032: Methodology for the Adoption of Sustainable Grasslands through Adjustment of Fire and Grazing, v1.0

適用条件（eligibility）

Project activities occur on grasslands with grazing and/or fire activity that have historically experienced SOC loss; the proponent must enforce livestock boundaries (prevent incursion/excursion). Project size is capped at 3 million ha or 5% of national grazing land to limit market leakage. Baseline emissions from livelihood activities (timber, fuelwood harvesting) must be negligible. Mechanical vegetation removal and soil tillage are not permitted; no net import of inorganic or organic fertilizer. Projects must not increase confined livestock density (would cause anaerobic dung decomposition).
