適用条件（eligibility）
Projects are located in temperate or boreal ecological zones (FAO ecological zone definitions) where forest land remains forest and can meet IPCC Tier III inventory requirements. The activity is Logged to Protected Forest (LtPF): logged/degraded forest is protected from further logging, or unlogged forest from future logging. Starting-baseline illegal/unplanned harvesting must be below 5% of total annual harvest; managed peatlands are excluded and wetland percentages must not change; no activity-shifting to other lands owned/managed by the proponent; no non-de-minimis fertilizer in the project scenario.
