適用条件（eligibility）
Afforestation (planting) and post-planting management that creates and maintains forest to secure CO2 absorption (chunk0 「植林及び植林後の適切な管理を通じて森林を造成し維持することにより吸収量を確保する活動を対象」). Project land must have been non-forest as of 2013-03-31 (not classified as forest, tree nursery, or urban green area) and use tree species listed in regional/municipal forest plans; appropriate silviculture (tending, pruning, thinning, pest control) must be sustained and the site included in a forest management plan by verification.
