適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must operate under an approved municipal forest management plan covering silviculture (afforestation, tending, thinning) or protection activities. At least one thinning operation or afforestation/tending activity must be planned during the certification period. No land conversion outside unavoidable public works is permitted. Project implementers must commit to maintain the forest management plan for 10 years post-certification and accept supplementation obligations if conditions are breached. Environmental and social due diligence under applicable forestry law is mandatory.
