適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must retrofit existing municipal or industrial WWTPs with activated sludge biological treatment that discharge to ocean or ocean-flowing rivers. Feedstock must be characterized; official partnerships with facilities required. Projects must add alkaline feedstock that wouldn't otherwise be added (or increase dosage/switch feedstock with higher carbon removal potential). Net-negative CO₂e impact required with >1,000 year oceanic storage horizon. Projects must operate within existing or approved modified permits.
