適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must restore native forest ecosystems on degraded lands or lands historically forested, excluding wetlands, peatlands, and areas with net warming albedo effects. Ineligible if deforestation occurred within 10 years prior (with narrow exceptions). Projects must demonstrate additionality, avoid commercial forestry resemblance, provide 40+ years of storage commitment, and maintain land tenure throughout the crediting period. Projects must deliver net-negative CO2e impact and comply with environmental and social safeguards including biodiversity protection and community livelihood support.
