適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must be implemented on existing cropland with average pH ≥6.3, excluding wetlands, grasslands, irrigated land, and recent forest areas. The microbial inoculant must be legally registered, non-GMO, and approved for agricultural use. Baseline units representing at least 5% of total project area must be maintained as untreated controls, with identical management practices applied to both treated and baseline units except for the inoculant application.
