適用条件（eligibility）
Project must capture CO2 from renewable biomass fermentation (new or existing facilities), transport via pipeline/rail/truck, and inject into secure geological storage. Biomass feedstock must be demonstrably renewable from dedicated plantations or residues. Projects must avoid double-counting with host-country climate policies or other voluntary/compliance programs, assess reversal risk per GS4GG Tool 04, maintain legal compliance, and document custody of project vs non-project streams throughout capture-transport-storage chain.
