適用条件（eligibility）
Activities durably storing atmospheric or biogenic CO2 via direct or indirect carbonation of reactive mineral waste streams (demolished concrete, slags, ashes, mine tailings, construction wastewater). Mineral waste feedstock must have no alternative baseline use. CO2 source must be demonstrably atmospheric or biogenic. Carbonated product end-use must not involve high-temperature processes, agricultural application, clinker production, or incineration risk.
