適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must plant trees on non-forest land, selecting from conservation forest, selective harvesting, or rotation forestry systems. Agroforestry and silvopasture permitted. Project areas must not be on wetlands; organic soils cannot be drained or irrigated (except for planting), and soil disturbance limited to <10%. The baseline scenario must not show significant (>5%) increase in baseline biomass. Special rules apply for mangrove projects (90% mangrove species required).
