適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must be on the same parcel as baseline, excluding wetlands and forests. Managed cropping systems must have been in place ≥5 years prior. No land use change, biomass burning for site preparation, or significant water regime changes allowed. Crop yield must be maintained at baseline levels (5-year average), with no yield reduction attributed to project activity.
