Globally applicable to farms with mineral soils (organic Histosols excluded) transitioning from conventional/conservation tillage to zero-till. Baseline must not include zero-till for more than one full rotation cycle prior to project start. Requires ≥30% soil residue coverage, stable crop yields (max 5% reduction in 5-year average), and changes to organic inputs and herbicide use within ±5% of baseline. No reversion to conventional tillage during the crediting period. Activity module under the 402 SOC Framework.
