適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must be established on non-forest land or land deforested within the previous 10 years, with reforested areas reaching 30% of previously stored carbon before additional credits are claimed. Ineligible: wetlands (Histosol/Gleysol soils), protected conservation zones without authorization, and areas requiring displacement of settlements or agricultural activities. Eligible project types include afforestation, agroforestry, plantations, urban trees, and natural restoration. All projects require clear land tenure, Free Prior Informed Consent, biodiversity Level I minimum (≥2 tree species), and conservation areas comprising 10–30% of management units.
