適用条件（eligibility）
Application limited to permanent agricultural croplands with decadal aridity index ≥0.75, soil pH ≤7.3, and baseline trace element concentrations below thresholds. Rock must contain ≥50% by mass of highly soluble silicate minerals (olivine, plagioclase, pyroxene, K-feldspar). Rock powder particle size 0–2000 µm with 5% tolerance. Active incorporation into topsoil to 5–30 cm depth required. Nutrient loading limits: P₂O₅ ≤50% of 3-year field requirement; alkaline compounds ≤100% of 3-year liming requirement.
