適用条件（eligibility）
Only Construction C-Sink Materials embedded in building structures for the duration of the building's lifetime qualify. Requires carbon-neutral biomass feedstock, processing by endorsed producers, registered constructions, full offsetting of all GHG emissions, and confirmation that use is additional to natural carbon sinks. Includes walls, beams, pillars, foundations, roof structures; excludes rapidly replaceable items (doors, windows, furniture). Currently limited to EU and EFTA countries during transition period (until 2026).
