適用条件（eligibility）
Biochar must be certified under EBC (European Biochar Certificate) or WBC (World Biochar Certificate) standards. Feedstock must be carbon-neutral and not from depleted natural carbon sinks. Biochar is applied to approved matrices: soil (requires EBC-Agro/WBC-Agro certification), animal farming, concrete, asphalt, composites, and other specified materials. The biochar must meet specific structural requirements defined by H/C_org ratios and aromatic condensation metrics. All production and transport emissions must be offset before C-sink registration.
