適用条件（eligibility）
Eligible only in Low-Income, Lower-Middle-Income, and Upper-Middle-Income countries (World Bank classification). Biomass must be sustainably sourced from farm residues, processing waste, or disaster debris (no forest wood except for cooking). Feedstock must be dried to minimum 75% dry matter content. Production must use trained, certified artisans with approved technologies (Kon-Tiki flame curtain pyrolysis or TLUD stoves). Biochar must be applied to soil or approved C-Sink matrices that prevent burning and decomposition.
