適用条件（eligibility）
Projects must be located on non-federal U.S. cropland or grassland and remain in agricultural production. Fields cannot contain Histosols, must not have been cleared of native ecosystems within 10 years prior to start date, and must meet additionality (performance standard and legal requirement tests) and permanence (100-year) requirements. Projects must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and achieve a demonstrable change in agricultural management practices (adoption, cessation, or adjustment of practices).
