適用条件（eligibility）
Three eligible project types: (1) Reforestation on land with ≤10% canopy cover for ≥10 years or post-disturbance sites reducing canopy below 25%; (2) Improved Forest Management on land with >10% canopy employing natural forest management practices; (3) Avoided Conversion on private land preventing forest-to-nonforest conversion via conservation easement or public ownership transfer. All projects must be located in the U.S. (or U.S. Territories for reforestation/avoided conversion), comply with sustainable harvesting practices, and not use broadcast fertilization.
