適用条件（eligibility）
Projects located in Mexico on communal (ejidos/communities), private, or public lands with verified legal ownership/jurisdiction. Eligible activities include Reforestation, Improved Forest Management, Restoration, Agroforestry, Silvopastoral and Urban Forestry. The afforestation/reforestation slice applies to Activity Areas that are non-forest (degraded or deforested) at start; projects must satisfy additionality (legal-requirement + performance standard), avoid boundary disputes, comply with applicable law, and meet social/environmental safeguards for communal lands.
