BCarbon Soil Carbon Protocol, Version 3.0

適用条件（eligibility）

Applies to land management practices with empirical evidence of soil organic carbon (SOC) responses that enhance and maintain below-ground carbon while preserving soil health. Projects need a clearly defined Project Area (minimum 30 cm soil depth), a minimum 5-year Project Period, and must demonstrate additionality beyond common regional adoption. Single projects use one laboratory and sampling partner; multiple properties can combine as group projects if soil characteristics and management are comparable. Reversals are managed via a 10% buffer pool, a 10-year post-project Minimal Disturbance Commitment, and satellite monitoring.
